Divine Love: Exercise 6.6

So Yes Dear Ones, This exercise is for people that desire to intensify the light in their lives. First, see yourself surrounded by a large circle of white light and imagine that this large light is also full of tiny bubbles of light. At the same time, imagine your heart expanding (you can do this by thinking of anything that makes you happy) which causes these tiny bubbles of light to expand as well. As your heart continues to expand, these bubbles of light float into your heart and cause it to glow. This continues until all of the small light bubbles that were on the outside of you are now inside of your heart except for the large bubble which is connected to your Higher Self. Then, imagine yourself slowly rising and as you rise, you notice that this light seems to burst out of your heart like fireworks but somehow the light still remains on the inside of your heart as well. It is like the bubbles of light are seeds and they sprout these beautiful fireworks of light that fall onto all of the beings that inhabit your life: your friends, your coworkers, your family, your plants, your animals so that they all benefit from this lovely light that you are. And as you continue to harmoniously rise and radiate this light, there is a sense of calm that seems to infuse every part of your being. You look upwards and notice that there is a connection that has been forged between you and the Divine and the special thing about this connection is that now that it exists it cannot be ignored and you don’t desire to ignore because it feels wonderful. You are also aware of the fact that simply because you desired to increase the light in your life, you affected the lives of everything and everyone else in your world. And as you are looking up gratefully at your beloved Soul Being another golden ray of light is delivered down from it and it grounds this light into your body. Every chakra lights up with this beautiful golden light as it plants seeds of its own in your being so that you will always have expanding light that causes expanding truth and harmony in every chakra and in every area of your life. As you stay in this state you slowly float back down to earth and even as you open your eyes and look around you, you know that this lovely light is always within you. You know that it is always growing and is so very loving. You feel that since you now know that you have this connection to the light, it will only grow and be of benefit to all of life which is exactly why you wanted it.
